Meet your Coffs Coast licenced plumbing team

Joel started plumbing as a kid, along side his Dad in Grafton, NSW.  He enjoyed the outdoors, hard physical work and never minded getting his hands dirty. So when it came to deciding what he wanted to do with his life, plumbing was the obvious choice. Joel packed his bags for the big smoke, where he completed his apprenticeship in Sydney’s eastern suburbs with well-known construction company Benson and Karney. This gave Joel a thorough grounding in all aspects of the plumbing trade as well as acquiring wider knowledge about building and construction. He worked on projects ranging from large construction sites, new homes as well as maintaining existing properties across Sydney.

Joel then met his future wife Belinda, who just happened to be another Clarence Valley local, also working in the eastern suburbs.  Joel and Belinda moved back to the Coffs Coast in 2009 to be closer to both their families and together they started Joel Cutting Plumbing.

Together they dreamt of and then built a company that not only delivers the highest standard of work in all aspects of plumbing at competitive prices but also invests in the future of the Coffs Harbour community. Joel and Belinda employ young locals and guide them though their apprenticeships, by not only perfecting their trade skills but also encouraging them to go on to build businesses of their own.

Joel has always recognised the value of giving back to the community, so has volunteered his time and donated supplies to local projects like the Coffs Harbour Community Gardens on the Combine Street Reserve.

Our goal is to be accessible and approachable about all aspects of plumbing. We are small enough to take a personal pride in each and every job we do, from fixing a simple leaking tap right through to delivering professional services for complex, large scale construction projects.
